We hope everyone had a great NEW YEAR, and are looking forward to what the year has in store for us. We are expecting a new arrival any day now, and will keep everyone posted. We love you all, and hope this year holds nothing but joy for everyone.
Well, just in case you are wondering, Santa paid us a visit, and even at most of the cookies. Shelby was thrilled, as both she, and Maddie were worried that he might not stop by if we didn't leave a treat. We talked about the true meaning of Christmas, and then went to Grandpa Fairbourn's for breakfast. We spent the rest of the Day with Ry's family, and celebrated his birthday that night with the family.
Ryan always enjoys sleeping in on Christmas Day, and making the girls wait for as long as they can stand it. The excitement is just to much, and they usually talk their dad out of bed as soon as possible.

Christmas morning at the Burtons, is always an adventure. I asked tht girls who was ready to see if Santa stopped by, and had some eager takers.
Pooh Bear was also a favorite for the kids. Although I couldn't go on many of the rides, the kids sure enjoyed them. They were both sad to leave, and are already planning our next trip to The Magic kingdom. Ry and I had a lot of fun just watching the expressions on their faces. It is such and magical place.
We all had a blast at Sea World, seeing the sites, and petting the Sting Rays. Shelby was a little nervous at first, but quickly got over it. Shelby and Maddie had fun trying to pet them.
We also had the chance to visit the San Diego Zoo. The weather was perfect, and we had a lot of fun.

The girls waited patiently to see the princesses, but their all time favorite was Belle. They also got to see Sleeping Beauty, and Pocahontis.

The Girls had so much fun in Mickey's Toon Town.

This December we had the chance to go to Disneyland with Ry's brother, wife, and cute baby. We had so much fun! We especially enjoyed meeting the greatest mouse of all! MICKEY! The girls loved it.
